Sophie has been with us for more than 10 years — so it’s fair to say that she’s a big part of the Equinox fabric and culture.
Sophie’s strategic vision, creative edge, and talent for compelling writing sees her design integrated marketing strategies that produce tangible results — time and time again. Her role also spans client activity oversight, providing innovative direction, and ensuring KPIs are met with creative precision.
But that’s not all. Her commitment to excellence extends way beyond her client work — having spent 6+ years on the CIPR Cymru committee, sharing her knowledge and supporting others in the Welsh PR landscape.
As an ILM-accredited trainer, Sophie is also a passionate member of our comms training team — delivering social media, press release writing, and media relations training for organisations across Wales, including Welsh Parliament.
When she’s not driving business results or mentoring the next generation of communications professionals, you’ll find Sophie indulging her love of coffee, tackling new writing projects, or enjoying time with her cats.
