Helen joined Equinox in 2007 — rising through the ranks producing award-winning campaigns that transformed the face of the agency — before she was appointed managing director in 2018.
A Welsh language speaker and Cardiff University journalism graduate, Helen’s expertise lies in strategic PR, campaign integration, and native social media.

​And, as an ILM-accredited trainer, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge in these areas, including to Welsh Parliament where she has trained staff and politicians for more than a decade.
As MD of Equinox, Helen balances client responsibilities with agency operations, including leading Equinox’s growth plan and own marketing, focused on working with brands that do good for Wales.
In her spare time, Helen fuses her passions with PR — documenting family life by the sea through @thegowergoodlife and growing hot country community and club night, WESTERNIGHTS.
