Eryl founded Equinox in 1996, guiding it to become a top independent communications firm in Wales. A fluent Welsh speaker, Eryl brings over thirty years of experience as a strategic management consultant, specialising in high-profile reputation management.
​
Before establishing Equinox, he served as PR Manager for the RAC and Director of Public Affairs for the British Railways Board in Wales and southern England.
In his free time, he’s an avid sports fan — with a particular penchant for rugby and running, regularly participating in 10k runs, half marathons, and full marathons.
