Alys joined Equinox in March 2025, bringing with her a Master’s in Journalism, and fluent Welsh language skills.

Her background in sports journalism means that she’s no stranger to fast-paced storytelling, but it’s her creativity and fresh ideas that led her to the world of PR. As the newest member of the team, she’s excited to make her mark, honing her skills and supporting standout campaigns.

Born and bred in Cardiff, Alys is a passionate Welsh rugby supporter and an avid traveller. When she’s not pitch-side or hiking in Bali, you’ll find her at bottomless brunch with friends or spending time with her dog.
