Equinox celebrates golden night at industry awards

Equinox Communications swept the board at the annual CIPR Pride Awards on Friday (18 Oct) where practitioners were rewarded for excellence in PR in Wales.
Over 220 guests at the Hilton, Cardiff saw Equinox Communications win more awards than any other agency or in  house team, which included:
  • Gold award for Best Use of Media Relations for HLF ‘Announcing £14million to the people of Wales’
  • Gold award for Best Use of Social Media for Bridgend Council ‘Dare to Discover’ campaign
  • Silver award for Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy
  • Special award for Best Use of Planning, Research, Measurement and Evaluation for Bridgend Council ‘Dare to Discover’ campaign
  • Finalists in:

o Not for Profit–Cadw’s Cauldron & Furnaces campaign
o Public Sector–Cadw’s Cauldron & Furnaces campaign
o Low budget–Vale of Glamorgan Perfect Pitch campaign
o Best Use of Media Relations–Cadw’s Cauldron & Furnaces campaign
o Integrated communications–The Faces of Talbot Green campaign
