Senior Account Manager
Victoria joined Equinox in April 2017, moving back to agency-side after gaining four years’ in-house experience with two globally recognised brands.
She spent six years managing campaigns for public sector, utilities and social housing clients at Warwick Emanuel PR & Film before starting at The Royal Mint where Victoria led the communications for a number of high profile international launches. These included the reveal of The Queen’s fifth coin portrait which generated more than 1000 pieces of media coverage and won Best Institutional Image at The Sabre Awards 2016 and Best Corporate Affairs campaign at PRCA Awards 2016.
Victoria worked more recently as the PR and Social Media Manager for Yankee Candle Europe, where she ran highly successful digital campaigns to support traditional media relations activities and directly engage with online consumers, creating the subsequently universally adopted term #Fandles in the process. She also built up an impressive collection of home fragrance products…
In her role as Senior Account Manager Victoria will utilise her skills and breadth of experience to deliver creative and impactful campaigns for clients including the Welsh Government (NHS Wales Recruitment, Organ Donation Wales), St Modwen and Arriva Trains Wales.
As the mother of two young boys, Victoria spends more time thinking about sleeping than she actually does asleep.
Sophie graduated from Cardiff University with an MA in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management in July 2014.
In her role as Account Manager, Sophie uses her strategic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, event planning and media relations to manage digital projects, implement high-profile campaigns and achieve excellent results across her team’s client accounts.

Our former Equinox intern, Dani, joined us as an Account Executive in September 2016.
When Dani graduated from Cardiff University with a BA in English Literature in 2015, she headed down-under with her backpack for a year-long trip to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji before returning to Equinox with a whole lot more “life experience”.
Dani is able to pursue her love for organising events and devising exciting social media content at Equinox when working on influential Welsh Government campaigns like Organ Donation Wales, GP Recruitment and Education Begins At Home, to name a few!
Within her first six months at Equinox, Dani was one of the fundamental members of EQ to launch two substantial health campaigns and deliver the hugely successful ‘Dementia Risk Awareness’ roadshow across Wales — all with a full sweep of broadcast coverage.
When Dani isn’t talking about how much she loves her hometown, Tenby, she’s instagramming her two poodles on the beach, or often in the sea herself teaching people to scuba dive, being the PADI qualified Dive Master she is. Dani is also known for making the meanest Equinox coffee all round.
After a successful internship, Ellen began working at Equinox as an Account Executive in November 2016.
During her time studying Geography at Leeds University and Universiteit Utrecht in the Netherlands, she wrote for the Leeds University newspaper and gained a keen interest in journalism and media.
In her role so far, Ellen has worked with many high-profile clients including Cadw, STAEDTLER, Epic Retreats and Savills, helping to promote campaigns through engaging social media content and press releases. To date, she has secured national coverage across the likes of Mail Online, the BBC and Condé Nast.
Since giving up her dream of being the eighth member of S Club 7, Ellen now spends her free time volunteering at a local refugee centre or training – often reluctantly – for half marathons.
Megan joined the Equinox team in April 2017 after graduating from Cardiff University with a BA (Hons) in Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies in July 2016. Megan previously spent six months interning at STAEDTLER, where she gained experience in the marketing department and generated content for social media channels.
Since then, Megan has undertaken a CIM Foundation course to enhance her knowledge surrounding the fundamentals of marketing and growing importance of digital. In her role as Account Executive, she helps with the delivery of creative campaigns for clients including Organ Donation Wales, NHS Wales Careers, St. Modwen and Arriva Trains Wales.
Her hobbies include running, swimming and taking long walks with her black Labrador Poppy, but Megan’s true passion is dancing, holding four University National Cheerleading champion titles!
